With this new method for harvesting the mussels we were able to increase production by 1000% and we expect to increase that further with other advances in management and practical approaches. We are currently the only operation to utilise a floating raft method of harvesting, grading, depurating and packing. The mussels are lifted ashore and placed on the transport lorry directly from the packing raft -- no delay -- fresh and clean straight to you!
